Mike Bowen retires after 46 years of service

January 29th marked the last day Mike Bowen would have to touch another Tyler Pipe keyboard or look at another Tyler Pipe computer screen or printer. You see after 46 years, he was calling it quits. It was a bittersweet day when he walked out the door for the last time. On the 27th team members celebrated by having a plantwide BBQ sack lunch in his honor. Mike supervisor, Gwen Jackson, summed up Mike's career at Tyler Pipe saying "Mike came to Tyler Pipe when he was only 19 years old and started working in the machine shop. Little did he know at the time, he would work for Tyler Pipe for 46 years."
We will miss Mike and wish him all the best.
